Josh Brackin has over 20 years experience in various segments of the entertainment industry. He handles a variety of transactional entertainment matters with a focus on music, copyright, digital and new media rights, administration and licensing of intellectual property rights and corporate organization. He represents recording artists, record labels, distributors, songwriters, music publishers, managers, producers, mixers and other media-related entities. Before forming Brackin Law, he previously worked with the entertainment practices at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Loeb & Loeb, LLP, which were both named U.S. News & World Report Law Firm of the Year for Entertainment Law - Music. Prior to that, he held business affairs positions with BMG, Evergreen Copyrights and Bug Music.
